Service Description

6.30pm-7.30pm. Designed to build strength + stability through the hips + legs, working on control, balance + how the pelvis holds under load. It's about refining how you use your hips so they support you properly in movement. Expect targeted work, clear feedback + progressions that carry into everyday life and yes - we'll have some fun with it along the way! This session is best suited to those with some movement experience + a reasonable baseline of strength + mobility, as we'll be working at a more progressive level.
