Service Description
A slow, mindful escape from the rush of everyday life. Arrive a little early to settle in, ready for a 7pm start. The evening will unfold in two gentle halves, with a short pause to rest + refresh. We'll close with a soothing meditation, before sharing herbal tea + a sweet treat finishing around 9pm - a gentle way to restore balance + carry the calm home with you.
